We specialize in precision CNC machining for cabinet and woodworking professionals, producing accurately cut, fully prepped parts that dramatically reduce labor and improve consistency. Cabinet components are machined, labeled for easy sorting, and designed for fast, accurate assembly using blind dado construction with pilot holes, eliminating butt joints, biscuits, and alignment issues.
We pre-drill hinge, drawer slide, and shelf pin holes, including boring for standard hardware such as Blum and KV systems, so you can throw away jigs, skip adjustments, and move straight to assembly. Beyond cabinetry, we CNC route wood, plywood, MDF, HDPE, foam, and other non-metal materials, offering cutting, drilling, engraving, and 3D carving for projects ranging from one-off prototypes to full production runs.

What size material can your CNC router handle?
Our CNC router handles material up to 47" x 97" and up to 11" thick, so we can run full oversized sheets and thick stock without breaking a panel into sections.
What file formats do you need to quote and cut a job?
We work from DXF, DWG and other vector files. If you do not have production-ready files yet, we can help you prepare them, or work from drawings and a cut list.
Do you take on one-off prototypes, or only production runs?
Both. We run everything from a single prototype through to full production runs of several thousand parts, and we quote each the same way.
Why choose CNC routing over laser cutting?
CNC routing is a cold-cutting process, so it does not leave the burnt edges, melted surfaces, discoloration or warping a laser can cause on heat-sensitive material. It also holds sharp internal corners and tight tolerances on thick stock and layered panels.

We machine in Olathe, Kansas and serve cabinet shops, remodelers, custom builders, millwork shops and multi-family operators throughout the Kansas City metro, including Overland Park, Lenexa, Shawnee, Leawood and Kansas City, Missouri.
Do you cut metal?
No. We route wood, plywood, MDF, HDPE and other non-metal materials. Our material list covers hardwoods, plywoods and engineered panels, plastics, laminated panels, exotics, and foams and rubbers.
